I was really impressed with Swift's service technician EJ. He arrived for this appointment on time and explained what he was going to be doing during this call. Not only did he do what was expected but he made sure that I knew and understood what had to be done in the immediate future for my equipment to perform to its fullest potential. I found EJ to be professional and respectful not only for me personally, but I also appreciated his concern for my satisfaction with his work. Thank you Swift. I hope my next technician if not EJ will be in his mode.
