Preformed prepaid maintenance on a 10 yr old Trane split heat pump unit, model and serial number match in system. Checked pressures and checked amp draws. Cleaned outdoor coil and inspected drain area. Checked the filter and tested temperature split and got 21 degrees 76 incoming and 55 degrees out the vents. Tested float switch and cleaned evaporator coil. Recommended blue Tube Kit for growth prevention and homeowner will think on it. Cleared drain line and added mildew destroyer for added drain line prevention. All systematic components are working properly at this time.
