Clay is top notch and knowledgeable technician and goes out of the way to help the customer. I give Clay 5 stars !!!! But the problem arose that we were quoted $850.00 to replace our motor and when they go and pick up the part from carrier, the price was now $2400.00. So there was disconnect between carrier and Swift some where. We did not spend this kind of money for a motor , we got a 2nd opinion and that motor with installation was closer to the quoted $850 and way less then the $2400. I appreciate that Swift allowed us to continue to use the portable ac until our ac if fixed.
