Corey contacted us before arrival as expected. We had called about HVAC not cooling properly. He did a thorough examination of inside and outside units and told us that he changed a dirty air filter, did some cleaning on outside, and discussed life expectancy of the unit. He was very knowledgeable about new units when we decide to replace the old one and also about how damaging salt air is. Since we are Swift members the diagnostic fee was $79 which I think is fair. Also this was a last minute call before we had guests coming and Swift was good about accommodating our request.
