Brian saved the day! We had renters moving into our rental property in the evening, and the furnace was not turning on. I called Brian and he was able to come out within a couple hours and got it back up and running. Very friendly and funny, which made the experience enjoyable. Also went out of his way when we asked if he could install a new thermostat we had as he was getting ready to leave. He went above and beyond and will be calling him every time!
