I am 64 years old and have done many surveys. I usually just check 3 or 4 stars if i liked them and got good customer service. I can't do that with Temp Air and the everyone i dealt with because they were far more then just good. From the first call i made to Liz, the follow up calls from Isabel, to the first visit from Felipe and then the actual installers, the customer service was unbelievable. I really felt they were sent as Angels because i was truly blessed by them. They showed concern, kindness, trust and compassion. The Pricing was unbelievable. I had 3 other estimates,, not even close and they wanted me to lie to the banks, plus would've taken 3 days to complete. These 3 installers were so in sync as a team and weren't lagers at all. They covered my stairs, hall, took a part a fence, installed my unit, furnace and ducts plus took everything away and cleaned up all in less then 8 hours. Showed us how it all worked and help set up a APP on our phones to control it when we're aren't home. The best part is, My 2 story house, 1850 sq feet is so Ridiculously cool now. I've lived here 11 years and my air has never worked like this. #1 customer service from the office personal, #1 customer service from the field or sales personal, #1 customer service from for the installers. I would ref, recommend and hire this company again and again. Thank you Temp Air, Thank you Liz, Isabel, Felipe and the rest of the crew, I am truly Grateful for all of you and your product.
