The installers were here on time and got right to work. They were polite, informative, kept their work area clean. They kept us up-to-date on where they were in the installation. There were no surprises. The tested the A/C unit with us present and explained how to operate it. I kept it running that day to "burn it in" as we used to say in the IT industry. The next day I went through the manual familiarizing myself and testing it in all of its various modes. Everything worked.

Very professional, personable, experienced; did a great job installing a forced-air heating and air system in my attic. A team of five who knew what they were doing and worked as a well coordinated team under effective leadership, installed a Lennox system in my vintage 1955, 1100 sq ft home in a day. This home has never had air conditioning or forced air, no duct work, etc. House construction was pre-drywall era. I viewed the installation in the attic after it was completed, it was well thought-out, well layed-out, well executed, clean, precise. The foreman inspected everything after it was completed and assured all was done to code or better. There was a check-off list, no detail was left undone, right down to plastering inevitable small chips in the brittle 1955 plaster construction. My house floors were covered with drop-cloths, furniture covered with plastic, any ceiling ‘cutting’ for the vents was contained within a plastic tub held against the ceiling to contain the dust. They cleaned up as they went along and after the project was completed, this included vacuuming the floors, etc. No post installation problems. I was invited up into the attic for an orientation and instructions on how to change the air filter. I was shown the details of the installation and oriented to the condenser. I was called that evening by the supervisor and asked how the house was cooling down, it had been 103 degrees that day. And yes, it was cooling down nicely and we were very comfortable and happy. I was impressed. I will recommend Temp Air Inc, to my friends and neighbors. DL Moonitz - South Whittier, CA
