We have dealt with Tempco for three seasons now and quite pleased with them. We especially like the technician, Mark. Not sure if Tempo is the best price when it comes to maintence but they are the absolute BEST with their tech and office staff. Mark is an excellent tech and a pleasure to have in your home. He is down to earth, friendly, listens to your concerns, extremely knowledgeable, and takes his time to answer all your questions. I would not consider another company for maintaining our furnace.

Mark was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. It is a shame that Carrier does not fix know problems with their furnaces so new customers do not have to have service calls to correct faulty parts they are not willing to update.
