James was pleasant and most professional and checked the system out. However, our unit which is a Bryant Evolution, James said he had not worked on over the past 15 years. Why did Thigpen service send him instead of someone with experience in our HVAC. I signed a service contract and hope if there is a repair needed, that you will send a service technician familiar with the Evolution.

Routine maintenance scheduled for 8:00 today. Service technician called at 7:45 to state he was en route. Arrived on time, completed maintenance quickly. Explained all servicing completed and left receipt showing service performed.
