I had a different company come out after my AC stopped working. They other company replaced the contactor but recommenced I get a new AC unit. The repair worked for a bit. Then it stopped working again. Tom was the service guy who came out after calling Thompson and did a great job. He explained what was wrong, remedied the bad wiring the other company had done and went above and beyond in my opinion. His expertise in fixing the problem saved me a ton of money.
