Current unit is a rannai that is leaking and stopped working. We will install a new noritz unit in the recessed metal box. Install of new service ports. The current set up for wiring is hard wired to the fuse panel. The T&P will be stubbed on the side of metal box to out side. The vent exhaust discharge area might be adjusted to new setup on the front metal panel. This will be a LP gas tankless unit. Installed new unit and made a metal extension for the venting. New unit was further back then previous one. Tested and adjusted temp to max 140 as per client request.
