Upon inspection found the gas flex lines to grill were under sized causing a burner to go out when others are on. Recommend re sizing piping with bigger gas flex and gal piping. Process of elimination, fix the issues and if it still happens then we can get in contact with manufacture on their regulator. Tested with new piping and parts. All burners working great. Customer approved and was happy with work. No leaks.
