I write reviews when they are deserved and this one is! Thomas B. Is a Professional, Courteous, Experienced Plumber who is a great Representative for Thompson Plumbing. He arrived on time well within the time frame. He explained his companies policies and took the time to listen to my concerns. He assessed my plumbing problem, quoted me a fair quote and he began. Regrettably the job turned out to be more challenging than expected, but he was not deterred. He kept me informed and he expertly remedied the problem.
