I have used Thornton on a semi-annual basis to service my Nortec NH Steam Generator Humidifier since 2010 . The technicians always don shoe covers, are polite and careful. The service work is always performed quickly & competently, and I have never had to ask for a repeat visit. Prices are on the high side, but I suspect that one gets what one pays for!
