Corey did an excellent job installing my frost free pump. He took time to explain how the pump was installed and how to take care of it until I get my other plumbing work done. He wasn't the first Tiger service technician here today. Josh the supervisor came out with Zach to check to see what work was done yesterday and what parts that needed to be ordered. He got that done. Corey arrived and about 60 minutes or less had the pump installed and everything cleaned up. Corey, Josh, Zach and Jack did an outstanding job. But it all started with Mark. He works to get the plan in place to make it happen. When you contact Tiger you have a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate in their work and it shows! I had a frost free pump but it was removed a couple of years ago because it leaked. I contacted Mark the quality assurance manager and he scheduled Zach and Jack to come out and put in a new one. When they dug down to find where the water line was they encountered a section of pipe that had a hole and was leaking. There was another place that would have broken. Now I have a new section of pipe and will have a new frost free pump installed tomorrow. Tiger always comes through for me. From Mark getting the plans in place so the work can be scheduled to Brian the foreman who scheduled the service technicians Zach and Jack to come out and for being available to answer their questions so my work would be done right. If you have any plumbing needs call Tiger. They send the very best out to assist you. What could have been a bad situation with a major underground water leak is now fixed and I can look forward to a new pump install tomorrow. Again I can sleep tonight knowing my plumbing needs are in good hands. Thanks to Mark, Brian, Zach, and Jack!!!!

Adam came out to install a motion sensor light on the front of my house. It wasn't easy based on where it would be placed and how to connect to the electric. Adam worked and figured it out. When you contact Tiger you get a service technician who can make any situation possible. I have a new light I love and Adam made that happen!!!!!

My old house has it's quirks. My dad wired the electric and did his best. There were problems with how he wired lights. John has years of electrical knowledge. He used that experience to fix all of my electrical issues. When you want the best electrician with experience to handle any electric issue call Tiger. John worked out a plan to bond or ground my aging electrical boxes. He just worked on the stove outlet and anchored it to the brick wall behind the stove. Now it is safe. He also indicated that if I remove an electric element that I should turn off the breaker to the stove for safety. Tiger not only fixed the outlet but went beyond that make sure I would be safe if I remove an electric element. Every time they come out they are the best. I wouldn't have anyone but Tiger work on my electrical issues. I sleep soundly knowing that my electric needs are in excellent hands.

John is a lead technician and he has superior electrical knowledge. I have an old house with aging electrical outlets. He was able to work with the quality assurance manager to work out a plan to upgrade those outlets. That work is in progress. Once completed will complete the extensive work I have had the company do in regards to my electric. All will be up to code.

I had an outlet that had crumbled when the service technician was installing another light. Mark worked on a plan to do an electrical safety check. Tiger came out and reviewed the outlets and worked to replace the ones that needed to be replaced. Each time they come out they up grade my electric and provide me with peace of mind. Mark does a wonderful job coordinating what needs to get done so that it gets done and you are safe.

Jeremy came out to diagnose a sound in my mini split unit. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He was able to find what was causing the issue. Jeremy also reviewed the procedures of what to do with my power in an ice storm. When you have a service technician come out they can assist with electric heating cooling and plumbing. You get someone who can handle your issue with all of that professional experience. Great job!!!!!!!
