Cody remembered our HVAC system from before when he found an issue and fixed it over a year ago. We have had over $25K of various work done in the last year. He came out for our annual inspection of the HVAC system. He fully explained that our system is too small for the square footage of the house. Getting a new system is on hold but we appreciate Cody's insights and he didn't pressure us to get it NOW.

Andrew did the front hoe work on a major "yard bubble" clean up from a major sewer job a few months ago. He was thoughtful and very careful to not cause extra lawn disruption as he picked up the multiple settled (half-buried) former crock pieces.

After all the outside sewer replacement work, our front toilet needed to be shimmed to be balanced. Chase came early in the morning and made quick work of fixing the problem. He went above and beyond to tighten up the toilet seat as well.

Chase was part of a team that replaced the full sewer out in the yard. The job took nearly 9 hours to complete and he was one of the last to leave. He was very nice, asked if we had any questions and explained everything for the follow up lawn re-seeding.

Okay, long story short... after making a complaint to the BBB, Tiger sent a seasoned tech to get to the bottom of the issue. Mike came on Saturday and braved the 28F wind outside for two hours to find the problem. Turns out that our drains OUTSIDE the house are a mess. We will have Tiger fix it and look forward to this getting resolved.
