Justin was not only able to clear my clogged kitchen lines which I expected him to do; but he did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. He is a very pleasant and I was very comfortable with him being in my home. He offered suggestions on how to maintain the lines. If I have to call a plumber again, I hope Justin is the one that will be sent to my home.

I just bought the house a month ago & had the drain line in the floor back up in the basement which apparently is a main line backup/stoppage, which of course is not covered under a home warranty. The company was very nice when you call, & give you a 2hr window for service on a Saturday...the Service Tech was nice.he snaked the drain 100ft & pulled out roots & explained it's gaurunteed for 6mths & that this will be a on going problem & will need future treatments. The only thing I wasn't happy with was that for the $310 I spent, for approx 30 min job that the company would use a shop vac & clean up the standing water left in the area.
