Toi, listened intently as I explained the problem and instantly found the source. Amazing how quickly he figured it out, especially a leak. Wow instant relief. His sincere demeanor was a relief from other hungry, overly sales oriented plumbers across the local plumber scene. Also the lady who took my call came across as sincere.....in my book their non pushy, sincerity can’t be faked and really sets Tiger apart from Other name brand competitors.
