Our thermostat wasn’t working properly. The technician, Jack Strieker, was at my home in less than an hour! He figured out the issue and took the time to show me how to tweak it if I needed to. He was very patient I hope that their call center can find a way to void the back ground noise though It was extremely difficult to hear what they were saying because there was so much background noise! Very frustrating at best!!
