Tech didnhis thing and fropped my home thermostat to 62*F and did not replace the temperature to the original setting. So, for about 12 hours my house was set 10*F lower than i have ever set it in my life. This cost me money and I'm angry about it. Also, he attempted to explain to me that my AC is “put of range” which i did not understand the meaning of. When i asked what this means he went on to use kore jargon i do not understand not are familiar with and so it also angered me. I told him id rather it died so he would leave my home. The cost for repairs was +/- $450.00 which seems ridiculous to me since other chsrge much less. This is a trend with tiger i have noticed. Not friendly and seemed like he was too important to be there/explain to me. Rather arrogant.

LeRoy was super friendly and polite. We had a great time chatting while he worked on my light fixture. He was incredibly helpful, knew exactly what he was doing, explained what he was doing and why, and was just overall a great person. 10/10 will use Tiger again because of him!

Spenser went above and beyond in explaining what he did today. He showed me pictures of before and after so that I could see the improvements. Taking that little extra moment to explain the issues and how they tackled them helps tremendously. Dorian was also helpful in moving the truck so I could park in the drive way and showing pictures of the process of cleaning the vents. Great job guys.

We came home from bible study and realized that we had no hot water. When I got to the basement I realized that our hot water heater was leaking water everywhere. I got on the phone and contacted Tiger plumbing. We had a technician ringing our doorbell in less than an hour. Our technician Brad was awesome. He gave us our options and assisted us with turning the water off. He helped us set an appointment with another technician (Amanda) for the next morning. Amanda arrived on time and she was patient in explaining the different packages. Amanda was upfront and honest. If the price tag wasn’t so expensive, we would have purchased the tankless hot water heater. Amanda made arrangements for a technician to come out and replace the water heater the same day!!!! When the technician (Sam) arrived he was very professional and courteous. Sam changed our hot water heater and and even cleaned up after himself. Thank you Tiger Plumbing !!!!!!!’

I had a lot of tiger guys who worked on my house. Had gas lines and water lines replaced and new vanity and kitchen sink were the main things. Tiger worked painstakingly to get me a pink countertop.
