Nate was amazing. 5 stars for him. He told us our work would be completed on Monday. Aaron was here to do paperwork on Monday that had already been completed on Saturday. He dropped off parts and informed us our repairs would be done shortly after he left. Good thing we called because main office had scheduled us for Tuesday. Day four of no water in our home. Not once were we told Tuesday until we called and complained. Multiple phone calls from them saying Monday. They say they needed a signature to finalize. Okay but you couldn’t get that on Monday and do the work then? Why put us on the schedule for Monday then change it without informing us? Terrible communication. Joe who actually repaired everything was great as well. 5 stars to him. They also kept insisting on us getting the halo system when on day one we declined. Called to decline after we received our confirmation estimate. Declined to aaron when he came. Then declined again when joe came. Nate came in and had us sold on doing all of our needs through tiger. Home office messed that up and we will not be calling Tiger for any future projects. I apologize for the low stars review the ones who came to our home were very good and I don’t blame them for our terrible experience.
