Fpund not cooling due to being frozen. Spoke with Bailey as to how to handle call. Performed leak search and was unable to find location of leak. Added 4lbs r410a. Advised customer we will build a history with system and watch and see if charge holds, and if it does not we will need to return and perform a nitrogen leak search. Left system cooling properly at this time.
