Maintenance Checked 3 systems electrical components for proper volts and amp draw. All components are within factory spec. Cycled heat and cool functions. Cleared all drain lines. System 3 has new capacitor that we did not install. Recommending that they be upgraded to t200 capacitors with 5 year warranties. System 1 is the system the home owner has had trouble with. It was frozen on a previous visit. The pressures for this unit are within factory spec. An intermittent blower motor is suspected for this issue. If stops cooling or heating, the homeowner will contact us so we can condemn the blower motor. I found low voltage control wiring damaged at this unit. Cut wire back to a useable section and spliced in a replacement wire run. Tested system again to in sure proper operation. All systems draining and functioning properly at this time.
