Primary and secondary safety is engaged, drain pan full of water, condensate drain clogged. Client stated this happens every year and requested what a technician or the company can do about it, technician explained that as an entity we do not have control regarding growth rates of bacterium. Recommended that he treat his drain pan and drain line with white vinegar to increase acidity of the water which will decrease bacterium growth. Technician cleared drain pan along with condensation line found bacterial growth this unit is operational at this time.
