System not cooling due to being critically low on refrigerant. The system is 13 years old and I’m recommending system replacement due to cost of performing a leak search, replacing whichever coil the leak is found in and purchasing all new refrigerant. The best option is to install a new system and get a fresh 10 year warranty instead of paying for repairs and putting a hand aid on an older system. If customer wants to move forward with repair I built a quote for the cost of completing the full repair. This is an estimate since it can be either in the evaporator coil or the condenser coil.
