System not running on arrival. Upon inspection the secondary drain pan was full of water and the secondary float switch was tripped. Noticed there was no primary switch and offered this to the customer but they declined. We cleared out the secondary drain pan leaving no water behind. Nitrogen and a vacuum was used to clear the drain. Customer also approved a drain solvent treatment. Drain treatment was held for 20 minutes and after releasing was flushed with water. Customer is now cooling. Customer satisfied!
