Customer concerned about unit not heating properly. Checked thermostat calibration and filter location. Customer has replaced filter. Checked low voltage wiring and checked wiring connections. Checked the program in thermostat. Located thermostat not setup properly. Checked settings for heat pump condenser unit single stage heat strip. Test unit in heat and cooling. Unit is cooling well and heating properly. Recommend new Taps membership to reduce cost and annual preventative maintenance inspections. 1 yr 2 inspection Customer has approved for 1 yr preventative maintenance agreement
