Arrived at customer's house For system inspection. On arrival customer showed me to air handler in attic. Open cabinet and inside air handler was clean. Unit Is equipped with a pure Air UV bulb. Fan was clean. Evaporator coil was clean. All float switches are working at this time. Vacuumed out Condensate line. Could hear good vacuum From air handler. No water scene and condense reservoir. Unit is producing proper Delta T. Next went to condenser. Opened up electric cabinet and tested components. Contactor sending proper voltage. Capacitor is below acceptable value. Pointed out To customer and Explain what a capacitor does. Suggested customer replace. Customer agreed. Replace capacitor and unit now running fine. Is showed work to customer and customer is happy with work performed. Gave report to customer And customer is pleased. Collected payment and signature and left. Thank you for choosing Total Air!
