I found the condenser fan motor was over amping, the contactor was pitted/ burnt, the dual run capacitor was weak on MFD’s, replaced parts. I sanitized the air handler of growth and installed a pure airX uv light. Dawn will like to have a electronic air cleaner which I measured and add an extra pure airX uv light in return. I will wire into the ballast. The ballast has a life time warranty, bulbs have a 2 year warranty.
