Uppon my arrival I found water inside the float switch. I cleared therein line and started the unit. I changed the filter and checked the coil. Coil is clean. Uppon further investigation found the dual capacitor extremely low. I got permission to replace with a turbo 200 5 year warranty capacitor. The air handler has a burnt out UV light ( it's the economy UV light). I asked if he wanted to replace but the customer politely declined at this time. I performed start up procedures and left the unit in good working condition. The customer signed up to our maintenance program so he could get the discounts. We need to schedule a tune up soon. I loaded my pictures and equipment information to service titan.
