System not cooling. I found the cause of this to be a bad run capacitor that serves the compressor and condenser fan. I replaced this capacitor and tested operation of the system it is showing some age but is operating correctly. I recommended that we get a routine maintenance plan started on it and the customer agreed. The system is currently operating correctly, customer is now a TAPS Annual maintenance member.
