Upon arrival I was shown to an A/H in a garage that needed maintenance. Took off panel door to inspect all electrical components as well as check the coil. Evap coil was clean and all electrical components are tight and amp draw and voltage readings are all within range of factory specifications. Cleared drain at C/U. Couldn’t complete PM because of the weather, will either be returning later this afternoon or Wednesday of next week to complete the maintenance. Returned 9/21 Upon arrival to home I walked around back to the C/U to finish a previously started maintenance. I immediately took off panel door to inspect all electrical components amp draw and voltage readings as well as wiring integrity. All electrical components wiring were tight and readings were all within range of factory specifications. Checked Freon levels to ensure unit is cooling to spec and they were right within range.
