Called out today due to no cooling. Upon arrival indoor fan was not running. Blower wheel is extremely dirty and the evaporator coil is completely rusted at every junction. Offered to replace the blower motor and clean the blower wheel. Client will speak to his father about options. We are more than happy to make repairs but please keep in mind that this is a 12 year old machine. Other parts can and will fail. By replacing the fan it does not add longevity. Also this system is out of manufacture warranty. I will be calling he clients tomorrow to see how they would like to move forward. Thank you for always choosing Total Air!
