Complete tune up. Change customer supplied filter. Clear and flush drain line with vacuum and cleaner. At air handler, inspect electrical components. Test amps and volts. Delta t measures at 19 degrees. Ensure system is heating and cooling properly. A picture of the coil and wheel will be uploaded. There is no growth inside the cabinet. At condenser checked pressures, temps, amps and volts. I found the condenser breaker is undersized. It calls for a 30 amp but there is a 20 amp in place. I talked with the customer about replacing the breaker with the correct size. She declined. I will include an estimate to replace the breaker in case they change their mind. Customer is also now a prime maintenance member. We will use this visit as the first. Left system in good working order.
