Arrived at customer's house for system inspection. On arrival customers showed me to air handler unit. Opened cabinet and inside of cabinet had biogrowth in it. All over the fan blades, housing, and wiring. Was also on the top side of the evaporator coil. Next checked under evaporator coil and under evaporator coil had good amount of coverage. Hair, lint, possibly insulation. Next went outside to condenser. Hooked up gages and all pressures and readings were of acceptable range. Contactor was sending proper voltage. Capacitor was below acceptable range on fancy John fanside. Informed homeowner Of consequences of waiting for this to fail before changing it out now. Customer does not want to go forward with any work. Created estimates and sent to customer. Collected payment and signature for today's work and left. Customer happy.
