Customer concerned about unit not cooling. Condenser unit is not working. Checked high voltage wiring and disconnect. Located bad disconnect lugs are burnt out. Recommend new outdoor disconnect and new safety surge protector on outside condenser unit. Customer has approved for high voltage disconnect and new safety surge protector. Removed and Installed new outdoor disconnect and new safety surge protector on condenser. Checked unit operation and checked refrigerant pressure. Unit is cooling well and drains at this time. Customer has mentioned that would like estimate for ductwork replacement and attic insulation. If available of insulation.
