No cool System heavily frozen on arrival. Failed blower motor is the cause of the freezing. Capacitor tested good and motor is recieving power. Blower control board is buzzing but is sending power. Office to build a repair quote for motor and board. Home owner wants to replace the system. Office is closed for the day.
