Called out today due to no cooling. Upon arrival client told me that water was leaking from the unit and now the outdoor unit doesn’t come on. Found that there was no power present at the condenser. Found breaker to be halfway tripped. Reset breaker and system instantly tripped it. Checked compressor to find that it is grounded. Gave options for repairs and replacement. Client is aware that we provide financing for the new machine. Interested in adding insulation to the attic as well. System is shut off outside.
