Upon arrival to scheduled maintenance I was shown to a package unit on the back of the house. Pulled off panel doors to inspect all electrical components connections, collect amp draw/voltage readings as well as inspect the evap coil and blower function. All electrical components connections were tight and all readings were within range of factory specifications. Evap coil was clean and a picture was uploaded to ST. This unit had a delta T split temperature of 20 degrees. The inside of the cabinet is very clean with no biological/microbial growth anywhere to be found. The units Elite UV light is needing replacing. I brought this up to homeowner to ensure the units equipment stays clean and to ensure proper indoor air quality we should change it out. He agreed and we moved forward with installation. Cleared units drain/drain pan with vacuum and ensured drain was properly draining with unit in operation. This unit is not surge protected.
