Arrived at customer's house for a system inspection. On arrival customer showed me upstairs to airhandler. Open air handler and air handler is equipped with a surface UV light. Did not see any bio growth on inside of cabinet. Fan is clean. No water was seen in safety reservoir. Tested float switch and float switch is currently working. Underneath evaporator coil is clean. Pure air uv bulb is still good. Talked with customer about replacing surface light in cabinet with an additional pure air bulb. Need to find upgrade price for this and send estimate. Vacuumed from downstairs and got good vacuum but a lot of drain jelly came out. Suggested to customer he get drained solved treatment. Customer agreed. Apply drain solve and let drain solve sit in condensate line for about 15 minutes. Let out drain solve and much more drain jelly came out. Vacuumed again and poured hot water behind. Again much more drain jelly came out. Flushed once again with warm water. Line now clean. Is what is produ
