A/C unit working properly upon arrival. Customer self cleared drain line and he explain the issue as a backed up drain line. He said indoor unit was shutting on and off throughout the day. I verified blower motor wasn’t over amping and I listened to it cycle on and off multiple times. Leading me to believe the only issue was a drain line clog. I also saw that the drain line had an improper pitch. If this happens again drain will have to be rerouted or redesigned.
