Upon arrival customer told me the a was not kicking on. The unit is on the roof and it is a package unit. Pulled the covers off and found the low voltage wire broken. I cut-the wire and respiced the low voltage wire. Turned unit on and everything started working. I seen the contactor had some pitting and burn marks and also checked the capacitor it was reading low. Went to talk to customer and recommend those to be replaced also. I replaced the contactor and capacitor. We have a delta T of 19
