Performed preventative maintenance on the system. Cleaned drain, checked coils, tested/inspected electrical components, checked refrigerant pressures, and tested operation of the system in both heating and cooling mode. I found the the run capacitor on the condenser was weak so we replaced that. The system is currently operating correctly in both modes. This is an older unit I made the customer aware of this.
