Customer concerned about unit not cooling properly. Checked thermostat calibration and filter location. Customer has replaced filter. Checked outside condenser unit and located weak run start capacitor. Recommend capacitor replacement with turbo 200 run capacitor with 5 yr warranty. Better that oem part. Customer has approved for turbo capacitor replacement and Taps membership to have annual preventative maintenance and discounts on membership. Installed new capacitor and checked operation. Checked refrigerant levels and check test start up components. Unit is cooling well and drains at this time. Customer is satisfied with repair and service.
