I found the system is about 2 to 4 lbs low on 410a refrigerant. The condenser coil is impacted. Needs a chemical clean. The dual run capacitor is slightly weak and rusted out. The inside of the air handler has growth. I recommend a uv light. I gave two options on the uv lights. The ductwork needs to be sealed in the attic. They will like to move forward on condenser cleaning, add refrigerant and dual run capacitor. Need to set up appointment...The owner is a veteran, so they will like to see if we can give a discount on the uv lights and ductwork sealing.
