Upon arrival I found the breaker for the airhandler was turned off. Customer informed me that her husband turned it off. I turned on the breaker and activated the system for cooling mode but it was energized for heat mode. The defrost control board failed because a dead lizard short it out. We replaced this defrost board back in July. Customer had to pay for new warranty board because we are not at fault per the office. I picked up a new defrost board and replaced it. I cycled and monitored the system, checked for proper amps, voltage and temperatures and left it in good running order.
