The EAC media pads are the wrong size (20 x 20). The correct size to order is 23 x 20. Inside the coffin box is very dirty and caused the EAC media pad to get filthy very fast. We installed the system in May. I informed the customer that I will talk to Jason about what we can do. Either clean the inside of the coffin box or reinsulate it with duct board. Delivered and installed the media filter.
