15 year old trane straight cool system. Poor overal condition. Upon arrival found that the control board is damaged, has power in but no out to the heater contactor low voltage coil. Recommend replacing the board and continue trouble shooting if needed. Noticed that the coil is heavily impacted and abundance of biological growth is present. Recommend clean coil in place and install Elite UV system to keep it clean. Also found a weak dual run capacitor and fan motor is over amping. Note: Customer is interested on having Bill over and give her a quote on a new system.
