Found system freezing due to running low suction pressure caused by very impacted air filter. Checked full operation of system. Blower motor run capacitor at full charge. Dual run capacitor at full charge. Cleared drain line. All electrical components operating properly. Removed air filter from system and achieved correct superheat/subcooling. Recommended membership with customer, declined at this time. System is ran around 68-70 degrees causing a dirty filter to freeze system rapidly. Advised it was a very low temperature to run unit at and the slightest impacted filter would freeze unit very quickly. Filter is being left out of system until customer gets a new one. Left system in good working order. Customer will go online to pay as service titan would not allow me to process payment.
