Start up pre-existing customer installed mini split system. System needs to be pressurized with nitrogen and leak checked. Then we have to pull a good vacuum. And open the system up. The system has a total of 180 ft linesets. The unit is recharged up to 98.4ft and will require 18 oz of refrigerant to be added to the system. This will take about 3 to 4 hours to complete. NOTE: Once above work is complete, there may be electrical work that needs to be done to power the system properly. This will be an additional cost. **TOTAL AIR WILL PROVIDE NO WARRANTY ON THIS WORK- SYSTEM WAS PROVIDED AND INSTALLED BY THE CUSTOMER** Today01/19/21- I pressurized the system with 430 psi of nitrogen and leak searched all flare connections. I found 8 different leaks. I had to fix a flare connection. I taped up all linesets. Pulled a deep vacuum down to 143 microns. According to factory specs I added 1.12 pounds of r410a refrigerant out of jug #198. And performed start up procedures on all units. In h
